I'm going to be honest here... today, though barely half over, has been "one of those days". However much I complain and whine in the next few paragraphs, I remain optimistic that it is getting better; )
I would love it if my blog were all roses & sunshine and for it to seem like I have it ALL together ALL of the time...but...not so much.
I thought Morgan was doing GREAT on the antibiotics. But long story short, it's been more screaming and my little punkin writhing in pain.
Later this morning, we got to experience a nice little side effect of the antibiotics: Diarrhea. And lots of it. Ha! At this point, I couldn't help but laugh! (I am not joking when I say I spent the better part of the 6am-7am hour crying myself.)
So what's a mama to do? Go to her happy place: Target. Get some coffee at the in-store Starbucks. Wander around and show little Moo all the cute things that Tarjay has to offer. She was in a MUCH better mood and so was I.
When we got home, it was lunch time and we had a little picnic outside in the backyard. I may or may not have picked up a little McDonald's for lunch (GRROOOOOSSSS). Something about those french fries made me feel better, ha ha! I'm tellin' ya, it was one of those days.

Hey girl. If her diarrhea from the antibiotics causes a diaper rash like it does with Sydney try making the "miracle ointment" on the tips and trick page on my blog. We are currently using it for S since she is on amoxicillin. Culturelle and yogurt are good ideas too! I'm here if u need me. Lol
ReplyDeleteAlso I REALLY hope your day gets better babe!
ReplyDeleteThanks sweetie! I might buy some of that ointment just to have on hand...so far we've avoided any more "episodes" and rash (knock on wood!) I try to give her yogurt every day for a snack so we're good there. Here's hopin'!
